1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Responder Pro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the App You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform will result in account suspension or termination.

4. Payments and Fees Clients agree to pay the hourly rate listed by agents. The platform collects a 18% commission split equally between the client and the agent. Payments are processed via third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and materials within the App are owned by Responder Pro or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

6. Disclaimers The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee availability or security. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Responder Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any reason without prior notice.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
